Founder and Owner

Dr. Kenyetta Morgan, founder of Your Nursing WHYee

DNP, MBA-HCA, RN, NE-BC, CDP

From nursing assistant to DNP—every nursing journey deserves guidance, support, and someone who believes in your potential.

Dr. Morgan is the founder of Your Nursing WHYee, where she is dedicated to empowering nursing students to achieve academic success and professional confidence. Nursing has always been more than a profession for her—it is a calling rooted in service, compassion, and lifelong learning. She began her nursing career as a nursing assistant and advanced her education to earn a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree.

Drawing from her experiences in nursing education and clinical practice, Dr. Morgan is passionate about helping nursing students overcome challenges, build confidence, and reach their full potential. Through personalized support and evidence-based teaching strategies, she provides guidance designed to help students succeed both in the classroom and at the bedside. She saw students struggling to find clear, supportive, and affordable preparation—so she built it.

As an adjunct clinical instructor and nurse educator, her mission is to inspire and support future nurses as they pursue their educational and career goals. She is currently a member of the National League of Nursing (NLN), the American Nursing Association (ANA), the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners (NCCDP), and is an ANCC Certified Nurse Executive, Board Certified. She also serves as an Alzheimer's Association Volunteer Community Educator.

Our Mission

To empower nurses at every stage with accessible, high-quality education and unwavering support, so they can pass their exams, master their skills, and build meaningful careers.

Our Vision

A world where every nurse feels prepared, confident, and valued—and where compassionate care is the standard, powered by exceptional education.

“Artificial intelligence (AI) cannot replace educators…it lacks human empathy, ethical judgment, and the ability to teach hands-on clinical reasoning.”

Our Core Values

Hope

Belief in a better future, and the courage to work towards it. We believe everyone can succeed with the right support.

Compassion

We lead with empathy, because great nurses care deeply.

Excellence

We hold ourselves to the highest clinical and academic standards and integrity.
