1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website and booking or purchasing any service from Your Nursing WHYee LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
We provide nursing education support, including exam preparation, tutoring, remediation, and related coaching services. Our services are educational in nature and are intended to support your own study and preparation. We do not guarantee any specific exam result, score, or professional outcome.
3. Bookings & Payments
Payment is collected securely through our third-party payment processor at the time of booking. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Multi-session packages are prepaid in full. When you purchase a package, all included sessions must be scheduled and used within the stated window (for example, 45 days from the date of purchase); unused sessions after that window may be forfeited.
4. Rescheduling & Cancellations
You may reschedule or cancel a scheduled session online up to 24 hours before its start time using the link in your confirmation email. Cancellations made within this window free the time slot for other clients. For changes needed inside 24 hours of your appointment, please contact us directly by replying to your confirmation email.
5. Refunds
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us and we will work with you in good faith. Package sessions that have already been used are non-refundable.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate booking information, to attend scheduled sessions on time, and to use our materials for your personal educational use only. Our materials and session content may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without our written permission.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided “as is” for educational purposes and do not constitute medical, legal, or professional licensing advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your Nursing WHYee LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
